Born to love you!

Born to love you!

Written by: David Carroll, Jr.

I was born to love you but sometimes you make me wish I was never born.

Born to love you goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.

I knew the first time I saw you that we were destined for each other.

The one thing I did not know was the heartache which destiny held for the two of us.

I was born to love you goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.

I love you enough to walk away even though you beg me to stay.

What the future holds I can not say but the one thing I know is...

I was born to love you, goodbye!

My Confession 3/18/2011

OMG!!! What have I done?

I am so ashamed and feel like I have brought shame upon the whole of my Southern upbringing.

I feel as if there is a knot in the pit of my stomach as I try to find the right words to express the agony I feel having break this news to the world.

You may be wondering what I could have possibly done which would cause such a visceral reaction.

Well if you just have to know I will tell you... for dinner I ate only a salad, one piece of wheat bread and drank lemon water. I am so sorry! Can you ever forgive me?

Chicken Stew:
Leftover fried chicken
Couple tablespoons of margarine
Bellpepper
Green onion
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
1 can condensed chicken soup
2 bay leafs
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Water

Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a boil then turn fire down to low and cook until done. Taste and add seasoning as needed.

Biscuits From Scratch

These biscuits are about as simple to make as anything I have ever cooked.
Self-rising flour
Crisco Shortening
Ice Water -
A little Bacon Grease brushed on top.
350 degrees until tops start turning brown at that point watch closely to avoid burning.

I know this is going to sound silly but I really do not have a recipe to follow. I cook by feel, taste and appearance. There are plenty of recipes on the web if you need one just do a search.
