A couple of my favorite comfort foods.

Fried Eggs on a bed of Herb/Parmesan Noodles with Parsley
Prepare Spaghetti and drizzle with Olive Oil
Add seasoning as desired
Fry eggs and dust with Salt/Pepper and Parsley

Cajun Mac and Cheese with Parmesan and Parsley
Prepare Mac and Cheese as directed on box
Add Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
Salt/Pepper and Cayenne Pepper or Cajun Seasoning as desired

These two recipes are my "go to dishes" when I want something filling which takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish. If you eat it slow it does not take a lot to fill you up but the key is to slow down and enjoy every delicious bite.
